If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We require photo evidence of the damage to initiate the return or refund process.


Return Authorization

: Depending on your preference, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged item. If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India usually takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for selected pin codes and on orders up to ₹5,000.

Our team may contact you to confirm your COD order before dispatch. Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Orders refused or returned to origin (RTO) may lead to temporary suspension of COD facility for future purchases. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or high-risk COD orders to maintain smooth operations.
